The Intergenerational Justice Fund funds research, policy advocacy, community education, and high-impact litigation to protect the interests of future generations. Its work is carried out through three legal entities; registration details on this site are those of the individual entities, set out below.

Three legal entities, one mission

The fund's work is carried out through three legal entities, each with its own remit:

• Intergenerational Environment Justice Fund — environmental issues, including plastic pollution and climate change.
• Intergenerational Health Justice Fund — health issues, including disease prevention and control.
• Intergenerational Human Rights Justice Fund — human rights issues.

On this site the fund presents as one brand: the issues it works on, not the entities behind them, are the organising unit. See each entity's page for its registration details.

Governance

The Intergenerational Environment Justice Fund Limited is a registered charity: ABN 83 658 038 549 (active and GST-registered from 11 March 2022), ACN 658 038 549, ACNC-registered from 15 March 2022, registered office in Subiaco, Western Australia.

Angela Stavrianou is CEO of the Intergenerational Environment Justice Fund. Simon Clarke is a director. April French is Senior Litigation Counsel.
