The Intergenerational Environment Justice Fund Limited is a public company limited by guarantee and a registered charity, registered with the ACNC on 15 March 2022 (ACN 658 038 549, ABN 83 658 038 549, active and GST-registered from 11 March 2022). Its registered office is in Subiaco, Western Australia.
It funds research, policy advocacy, community education, and litigation on environmental issues affecting future generations, including plastic pollution and climate change. ExxonMobil filed a defamation suit against it, alongside other environmental organisations, in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas; that suit was dismissed against the fund in February 2026. The fund was represented by the law firm Hecker Fink LLP.
